StaffLabs Inc. employees are eligible for some of the following benefits based on employment status.

Medical Insurance

POS and HMO plans are available for New Jersey employees.
A PPO plan is available for employees outside of New Jersey.
Prescription drug coverage.

Dental Insurance

Dental coverage plans are available to all eligable employees.

Vision Insurance

Our vision plan covers basic eyeglass exam with a $10 co-pay and a $20 co-pay for frames and lenses (up to a maximum benefit - see plan for details).

Referrals

EARN UP TO $1000 FOR REFERRALS

StaffLabs Inc. considers referrals to be one of our best sources for qualified candidates. If you know someone who is tops in their field that matches one of our requirements, we want to reward you for referring them to us.

Submit Resumes

All referrals are paid 180 days after the referred has begun the assignment. In order for a candidate to be credited as your referral, the name, phone number and email address of the potential candidate must be supplied to the StaffLabs Inc. recruiting team. Our recruiting team will then check our database to ensure that StaffLabs Inc. has not been in contact with the candidate referred for the past six months. If the referred candidate has not been in contact with StaffLabs Inc. within this time frame, then you are eligible for the referral bonus!
